I was first introduced to the horrors of Human Trafficking about a year ago at a woman's conference I attended. I was completely baffled hearing Lisa Bevere speak about her personal experiences visiting with young girls and woman who were victims of this heinous crime. It planted a seed in my heart.

Almost a year later a Pastor visiting from Spain spoke about a woman from Nigeria who was taken from her family and flown to London where she was forced into prostitution. The details of her story were baffling. Her story reignited a desire inside of me to be apart of the fight to bring justice to 27 million women, men and children who suffer daily under labor and sexual exploitation.

The statistics at first glance can be overwhelming. That's how I personally felt. Then I heard this: "Behind every statistic is a life."
